jDiffChaser is a development tool that helps developers testing the java Swing applications renderings.
Hence, the minimum version requirements are:

•  Windows with Java 1.4.2+ (1.5 preferred) or Java 1.5+ on any other platform
•  Ant (in order to launch demo targets provided in the distribution archive)
•  A java Swing/Awt application or a Java Vnc client to test non-java applications (this java vnc client will be included in the next jDiffChaser release)
